Here you will help develop a business-critical Kubernetes platform in a complex IT environment where stability, security, and scalability are crucial. The platform is used by several development and data teams, and you will become a key link between the infrastructure and the teams building and running solutions on the platform.

You will work in an environment where standardization, automation, and an efficient developer experience are in focus. The role combines platform development, operational responsibility, and close collaboration with the platform users. You will contribute both operationally and strategically, from lifecycle management and CI/CD to architecture and technical guidelines.

• You design, implement, further develop, and maintain the Kubernetes platform in a production environment.
• You drive operations, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management to ensure a stable and secure platform over time.
• You design and improve CI/CD flows for container-based development.
• You work with automation through Infrastructure as Code, pipelines, and policy enforcement.
• You support and guide development and data teams on how to use the platform in an efficient and standardized way.
• You contribute to ensuring integration between infrastructure, the Kubernetes environment, and consuming teams.
• You participate in architecture work and continuous improvements with a focus on security, availability, and compliance with internal guidelines.

• Extensive practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Good understanding of container technology such as Docker and OCI.
• Experience with CI/CD and pipeline development.
• Experience with Linux-based environments.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and authentication in container platforms.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and take technical responsibility over time.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in building or maintaining internal developer platforms.
• Experience with hybrid or on-premises environments.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and metrics.
• Experience in close collaboration with development and data teams.
• Experience with security work in Kubernetes, such as RBAC, Network Policies, and Secrets.
• Experience in defining and maintaining technical standards or platform guidelines, such as Golden Path.
