RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Identity Management Technician who will take responsibility within a team for our Identity Management platform. The role is central to our IT organization and involves building, developing, and maintaining a stable and secure identity platform used by several platform and development teams.

You will act as the link between the identity platform and the teams consuming the services, with a focus on security, availability, standardization, and an efficient user and developer experience.

• Design, set up, develop, and maintain our identity platform
• Ensure integration between identity solutions and consuming teams (platforms/development)
• Responsible for operations, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management of the identity platform
• Work with federation solutions (ADFS and Microsoft Entra ID)
• Responsible for and develop our PKI environment and certificate management
• Support and guide platform and development teams in identity and authentication matters
• Contribute to security, stability, and compliance with internal guidelines
• Participate in architecture and improvement work regarding identity and access management

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have:

• An academic degree in IT or equivalent education/work experience as assessed by the employer.
• The ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• At least two years of current experience in the following areas:
  • Practical work with Active Directory in production environments
  • Federation and authentication (ADFS/Entra ID)
  • PKI and certificate management
  • GPO administration on server and client side
  • Security, authentication, and directory services

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity
• Experience working with SAML-based Identity Providers (IdP)
• Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell) within the identity area
• Experience working in platform teams or central identity functions

This position is located in the IT/IOS/PL section in Örebro. Based on the business conditions, there is an opportunity to work some time from home.

The employment is permanent and usually begins with a six-month probationary period. We will agree on a start date.
