About the Role

As part of our Master Data team, you will play a central role in ensuring that our product information is correct, complete, and up-to-date. This is a prerequisite for our stores, e-commerce, and internal processes to function efficiently.

You will work closely with suppliers, stores, and internal functions, becoming a key link in our information flow. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to developing and improving our working methods and system support within master data.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Administer and maintain our central article register for products and services within home electronics and IT. Working with data for white goods is also part of the daily routine.
• Ensure that product information, images, documentation, and sales materials maintain high quality and are in the correct format.
• Import, check, and troubleshoot article and price files from suppliers.
• Create and update articles in the business system.
• Monitor and handle errors during data loading.
• Provide support to stores and customer service regarding articles and product data.
• Contribute to developing and streamlining our processes and system support.

The role is based in Örebro, and you report to the Group Manager for Master Data.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has:

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative work with articles or product data.
• Experience working in various systems.
• Good computer skills and a structured working approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Merits:

• Product knowledge and interest in home electronics, telecommunications, and computers.
• Experience with PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
• Experience working with supplier data or product flows.
