Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Skåne is characterized by continuous improvement work to develop the care and handling we wish to give our patients. Here, as a nurse, you have an important task to contribute your perspective and competence. Much of it is about seeing the patient and being present - here you get to use your full competence in the meeting with each young person and quickly build an alliance to meet the child where they are.
We at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic in Trelleborg are a positive group that cares about each other, and we always have room for laughter and community. Today we are 26 dedicated employees distributed among nurses, doctors, psychologists, social workers, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. In addition, we have ST-doctors, PTP-psychologists, psychological assistants, and other students at our clinic. You reach us easily by public transport, and we are just a stone's throw from both the bus and train station.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We now have the opportunity to welcome a nursing colleague to us on a six-month temporary assignment!
In the role of nurse with us, you work together with four nursing colleagues, and your primary task is to be responsible for medication follow-up and dose titration in children and young people with neuropsychiatric disabilities. You also work with telephone advice and collaborate with other healthcare partners, schools, and social services.
In addition to these tasks, you also play an important role in the continued digital development of the work with children and young people within the framework of the nursing assignment.
Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, 08:00 to 16:30.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are also a requirement. We would like you to have experience of working with children and young people, as well as within psychiatry. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have good knowledge of Pasis and Melior.
To thrive in the role, it is important that you adapt easily to changed circumstances and that you have the ability to handle situations when the pace is sometimes high. Since the work requires you to be able to make your own decisions and plan much of your work yourself based on fixed frameworks, we also see that you have a good ability to prioritize between your tasks. It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience of working with digital healthcare measures from before. Furthermore, it is important that you enjoy and function well working in a team together with employees within both your own and other professions. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

The task within psychiatry is to provide specialized care in the publicly run child, adult, and forensic psychiatry. The habilitation department conducts habilitation and rehabilitation within the publicly run child, youth, and adult habilitation. Assistive devices have the task of managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. Within the administration, there is also vision, hearing, and deaf operations and youth clinics in Skåne.
