About the Pharmacist role at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you alternate between advising and selling within prescriptions and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improve our customers' health and drive the pharmacy's success.

• Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in Sjöbo. We have a well-organized pharmacy located in ICA Kvantum Sjöbo where everyone is well-established in their roles. We continue to grow and are looking for a driven pharmacist who, together with the rest of us, ensures that we increasingly exceed customer expectations.
• Currently, two pharmacy technicians and two pharmacists work here. We are a cheerful team constantly working on developing our customer interaction.
• As a manager, the team, customer focus, and work environment are most important to me. It is crucial that my employees enjoy their workplace and have fun at work, that we see the customer, and that we collaborate with each other.
• The position is a permanent full-time role as a pharmacist. A probationary period may apply. Start date is by agreement.

We are open 08:00–20:00 on weekdays, and 10:00–15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday situations.
