Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home help services, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Löderupsgården is looking for an independent and responsible nurse aide for night shifts. With us, you will work in a varied and important role where you make a significant difference for our residents. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently at night, has a strong commitment to care, and wants to contribute to a secure and dignified life for our residents.

As a night nurse aide, you will be responsible for the nursing care and support of our residents during the night hours. You ensure that their needs are met in a secure and dignified manner. Your role also involves being available for assistance when needed, for example during toilet visits or turning, and you document carefully the work you perform and any deviations. The work also involves collaborating with other employees when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified nurse aide. You must be able to provide proof of a protected professional title or approved grades from healthcare and care education.
• Have previous experience with night work.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license.
