The preschool consists of 4 departments and is connected to Skärfva Preschool located just next door.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inspiring learning environment for our youngest children? We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher for Ryttarlidens Preschool!

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and further developing teaching in accordance with the preschool curriculum. You drive the pedagogical work forward and create a practice where every child has the opportunity to develop, explore, and learn based on their own prerequisites.

You work thematically and project-oriented with the children's interests as a starting point and contribute to developing accessible and inclusive learning environments. With a strong belief in the children's competence, you nurture their curiosity, participation, and desire to learn. At the same time, you are an active part of the collegial work and contribute to the preschool's continued pedagogical development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have experience working in a preschool
• have good knowledge of the preschool curriculum
• have clear pedagogical leadership skills
