Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a work team consisting of both educators and student assistants. Part of the position will be carried out at the school's after-school center (fritidshem).

Your duties as a teacher include planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work individually as well as in a work team. You should also find strategies to reach each individual student and strengthen them in their knowledge development. Together with other colleagues, you should keep the school's value base and view of knowledge in focus. Active value-based work is a given for you. You have drive and contribute to the school's quality work.

In your role, you are involved in creating a secure foundation for our students. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. You should be well familiar with the school's governing documents and knowledgeable about its documentation requirements.

Qualifications

You should be able to express yourself well in speech and writing. You should be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professions you encounter in your work. You should have basic knowledge of Office 365 as well as relevant systems for the position.

You must have a teaching license. Another person who holds pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent may be considered, but then for a fixed-term appointment.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked as a teacher in preschool class.

• Duration: 6 months or longer.
