Job Responsibilities

In the role of a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. You work actively to meet each student based on their prerequisites and needs, with the goal of promoting knowledge development and goal fulfillment. Together with the work team, you contribute to developing and maintaining the school's value base and view of knowledge, where active and conscious value-based work is a natural part of daily operations. You show engagement and initiative and participate in the school's systematic quality work.

In this role, you contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You work to motivate students and strengthen their will and ability to learn. You are well acquainted with the school's steering documents and ensure that documentation is carried out according to current requirements.

Qualifications

• You must have a teaching license, with qualification to teach in Spanish and English/Swedish.
• Other persons who hold pedagogical education that the employer assesses as equivalent may be considered, but then for a fixed-term appointment.
• You have experience and competence in reading and writing development.
• You must be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professionals you encounter in your profession.
• You have good knowledge of and experience working based on the steering documents for primary school as well as documentation requirements.
• It is meritorious if you have experience teaching in the current grade level.
