Job Description

As a teacher, you play a central role in developing teaching by using varied methods. You are expected to integrate digital tools as a natural part of your teaching to create a modern and engaging learning environment.

A key part of your work is establishing a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom, where students feel secure and motivated to learn. You will also actively work on building strong professional relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere at the school.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher with qualifications to teach textile crafts.
• Qualification to teach in grades 7–9 (additional subjects are an advantage).
• Strong ability to create and strengthen collaborations internally and externally, as well as build new relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Enjoy working in teams and strive for common goals.
• Naturally capable of compromising and sharing information and knowledge.
• Communicative and clear in your approach.
• Ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and to give and receive constructive feedback.
