Do you want to make a difference in the daily lives of our users? As a personal assistant, you will help individuals in their daily lives based on their needs and wishes. We are looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute in personal assistance, where every day brings new challenges.

Your Mission

As a personal assistant, you will help users in their daily lives. This means you act as the user's extended arm and help with, for example:

• Personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.
• Support in social interaction and other matters essential for their daily life to function.

The work includes some documentation.

Our three core values: engagement, innovation, and equal value for all, serve as guidelines in our daily work.

As a substitute, you cover for regular staff absence or shorter holiday periods, which means you will work with several different users.

Working hours vary and can be scheduled during the day, evening, sleeping on-call, awake night, and weekends.

Smoking and pets are present with some of our users.

Your Experience

To be considered for employment with us, the following is required:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Merits include:

• Previous experience in personal assistance or working with people with disabilities.
• Access to a car, as some users live outside of Eslöv.
• Experience with individuals exhibiting challenging behavior.

Your application documents are public records and are handled according to the principle of public access. If you have a protected identity, you apply by submitting your application in writing or leaving it at the Contact Center on Gröna Torg 2. Mark your application with the Recruitment Department and the advertisement's reference number.

Employees are sought on the condition that the position does not have to be taken by already employed personnel or persons with priority rights.
