RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged teacher with competence in the field of commerce and service. You will be part of a small work team and are expected to teach and drive the development of the program together with colleagues. Development occurs when experience and knowledge are applied, which arises through collaboration and collegial discussions, where the student's perspective is always at the center. You are a natural team player in your own, your program's, and all other development at the school.

You have the ability to adapt to the students' daily mood and work with structure, responsibility, and a solution-focused approach. You use a low-affective approach with the students' best interests in focus and have a pedagogical attitude in everything you do. You are positive, clear, collaborative, and contribute to a secure and developmental learning environment that supports students in reaching their goals.

The assignment includes teaching courses related to the program. The program has a large portion of workplace-based education (APL), which means the responsibilities include networking and frequent visits with tripartite meetings during the students' internships.

We would appreciate it if you have experience working in adapted schools.

QUALIFICATIONS

We expect you to be a skilled pedagogue with professional experience in commerce and service. We require that you, as a teacher, can individualize instruction and creatively and actively participate in the design of teaching that strengthens learning and development among our students. We want you, as a teacher, to strive to constantly improve the learning environment and adapt your teaching to the students' different prerequisites and needs.

You are a leader in the classroom and use structure and clarity to maintain well-being and study quiet. You find it easy to collaborate and build strong, professional relationships.

We are looking for you, a certified Vocational Teacher or a teacher with the eligibility to teach in an adapted upper secondary school with experience in commerce.
