Have you worked in outbound sales and know how to identify a truly great salesperson? Have you also been involved in recruiting salespeople before? Then this might be the right fit.
At Grewin Sales, we are at a stage where everything is ready to scale. We have a mandate with a very established product that sells, a proven sales process, and a solid track record. The only thing missing is more of the right people, and that is where you come in.
The Role
You will have a base in outbound sales, but with a clearly expanded responsibility for recruitment.
This means:
- Actively finding and contacting candidates and getting them to apply
- Qualifying and driving them to interviews
- Helping build a recruitment engine that delivers results
- Driving your own sales from booked meetings to closed deals during the time not spent on recruitment
What we are looking for
- You have worked with outbound sales and recruiting salespeople previously (required)
- You understand what distinguishes a good salesperson from a bad one
- You are not afraid to hunt for people and build connections
- You enjoy pace and responsibility
We are looking for someone who wants to build a strong team of disciplined salespeople.
Compensation
- 25,000 SEK guaranteed salary, but a higher guaranteed salary can be discussed if the profile is a perfect match for what we are looking for
- 20% commission on your own sales (closed deals)
- 10,000 SEK per hired candidate + 10,000 SEK after 60 days if the candidate remains
- Employment or consultant setup – both work.
The Sales Product
- B2B sales of Dagens Industri's executive network (Di Close)
- Order value: 40,000 – 200,000 SEK (average ~50,000 SEK)
- New customer sales only, no account management
- You receive ready-made lists, including a good number of warm leads to call, no prospecting required
The Environment
- On-site in Stockholm (hybrid possible)
- 30-60 minutes of daily sales training and direct coaching from me (7 years and 15,000 calls experience with the product)
- Focus on performance – not busy work
- Breakfast is served at the office every day
- Once you become efficient, you will be offered resources including a meeting scheduler and a virtual assistant to help you manage your sales and recruitment calendar so you can be more effective with your time
