Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Scrum Master / Agile Flow Leader to support a digital product development team focused on delivering data-driven services and user-centric solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about agile methodologies, servant leadership, team coaching, and fostering continuous improvement within cross-functional environments.

The selected candidate will play a key role in enabling efficient product delivery, enhancing team collaboration, and promoting agile best practices across the organization. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX Specialists, Analysts, and various business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Identify delivery challenges and proactively remove impediments impacting team productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities.
  • Maintain visibility of project progress, team capacity, delivery commitments, and overall sprint health.
  • Drive initiatives that improve Agile maturity, team effectiveness, and organizational agility.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risk mitigation activities, and stakeholder alignment efforts.
  • Foster strong collaboration between business units, product management, development teams, and analytics functions.
  • Establish clear processes and structure within complex and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Support effective communication and knowledge sharing among distributed and hybrid teams.

Required Experience

  • Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master within software development or digital product environments.
  • Proven experience supporting and coaching cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Demonstrated background in Agile transformation, coaching, and change management initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of delivery planning, dependency management, and risk management in complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Required Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience within scaled Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of Product Discovery, Product Development, or User Experience (UX) practices.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or hybrid teams.

Language Requirements

  • English – Professional/Fluent Level (Mandatory)
