You will step into an ongoing modernization effort in a large healthcare organization, where Windows 11 is to be rolled out to both administrative workstations and environments close to patient care. This is an environment with high demands on planning, security, and business adaptation, where changes need to work in practice without disrupting critical workflows.

In this role, you lead the rollout from planning to execution in close collaboration with IT, business units, and other sub-projects. You need to be able to manage many dependencies simultaneously, create clarity for various stakeholders, and drive the work forward with good structure. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to take responsibility for a significant technical change in a complex and socially vital environment.

• You plan, lead, and coordinate the rollout of Windows 11 in the organization's IT environment.
• You drive the dialogue with the IT department, business units, and end-users, ensuring clear communication throughout the change.
• You handle risks and escalations and monitor that the project stays on track regarding goals, scope, and economics.
• You collaborate with other sub-projects to coordinate testing, resource allocation, and logistics flows.
• You report ongoing status, deviations, and recommendations to the steering group and management.
• You develop and secure buy-in for project and communication plans, creating clear roles and responsibilities within the project.
• You ensure that the solution is implemented according to the decided direction and that relevant parts of the business are prepared for the introduction.

• You have experience with Windows 11 rollouts in large organizations.
• You have experience driving projects with business impact within the healthcare sector.
• You have documented experience in leadership and steering group work towards external clients, as well as collaboration with communications departments.
• You have documented experience leading larger projects with multiple teams in the project group.
• You have very good documented experience in service deliveries within the IT workplace area.
• You have good knowledge of project and asset management models, as well as experience with budgeting and follow-up work.
• You have an understanding of information and IT security in technical change projects.
