You will step into a modern product development environment within the automotive industry, where the focus is on digital services, analytics, and user value. Here, you will support a cross-functional team developing solutions in areas such as coaching, user experience, and performance improvement. Your task is to create conditions for efficient workflows, clear priorities, and strong collaboration in an environment with many dependencies and a high pace of change.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, UX specialists, analysts, and other key stakeholders to help the team deliver with quality and transparency. This role suits you if you enjoy combining coaching leadership with practical improvement work. The role is particularly interesting if you want to influence both working methods and delivery capability in a data-driven product environment.

• You facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• You coach the team and stakeholders in Scrum and other agile ways of working.
• You identify and remove impediments that affect the team's delivery capability.
• You support backlog management and prioritization together with the product owner.
• You create transparency regarding progress, capacity, and delivery status.
• You drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to increased agile maturity.
• You manage dependencies, risks, and coordination between different teams and stakeholders.
• You strengthen collaboration between product management, development, UX, analytics, and the business.
• You create structure and clarity in complex and changing contexts.

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software or digital product development.
• Very good knowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working.
• Experience supporting cross-functional development teams.
• Documented experience in coaching and change management in agile organizations.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration between technology and business.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery planning in complex environments.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Very good communication skills in English.

• Experience from data-driven product teams.
• Experience from digital services, analytics platforms, or user-centric products.
• Experience working in scaled agile organizations.
• Knowledge in product development, UX, or product discovery.
• Experience with hybrid or distributed teams.
