You work closely with both development and support functions, ensuring that technology, processes, and people are pulling in the same direction.

An important part of the role is to act as the link to a central DevOps and IT support organization. You capture needs, coordinate efforts, and help the team move forward when technical or organizational obstacles arise. At the same time, you contribute your developer background in matters concerning build flows, support systems, and delivery quality. This is a role for you who enjoy combining technology with coordination and want to have a clear impact on how work functions in practice.

• You drive and further develop pipelines, build environments, and support systems that support the team's deliveries.
• You coordinate work with central DevOps and IT support functions and ensure their efforts meet the business's needs.
• You contribute to delivery processes maintaining high quality and functioning well in a complex technical daily life.
• You identify obstacles, follow up on dependencies, and help different parties work towards the same goal.
• You support colleagues in technical matters and contribute to a flat, solution-oriented culture.
• You take a holistic perspective on how technical decisions affect systems, collaboration, and delivery capability.

• Experience in software development.
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience working with or developing pipelines, build environments, or related support systems.
• Good ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical teams and support functions.
• Ability to create structure, take initiative, and drive work forward in a complex environment.
• A solution-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting and coaching others.
• Ability to see the big picture and understand how technical decisions impact the larger assignment.
