You will step into a comprehensive transformation program within the retail sector, where a new unified store solution is being introduced to replace older systems with a modern technical platform. The role is central to the transition from old to new: you ensure that stores receive the right support during rollout, that incidents and questions are handled with speed and structure, and that changes reaching the operations are coordinated and controlled.

You work at the intersection of operations, support, release flows, and suppliers. Here, you need to be able to create clear working methods, get many stakeholders to pull in the same direction, and maintain complex dependencies over time. This is a role for you who wants to combine leadership, coordination, and operational control in an environment where your work is felt directly in the stores.

• You develop and establish working methods and organization for rollout support.
• You lead daily support meetings and create clear structure for follow-up, prioritization, and decision-making.
• You report status, risks, and needs to the program's implementation leads.
• You coordinate support and incident management to drive progress on open incidents and questions.
• You ensure a gradual handover of store support responsibility to regular line operations based on defined handover criteria.
• You are responsible for coordinating releases from the first pilot through the entire rollout.
• You coordinate the need for participation in the Change Advisory Board and contribute the right expertise at the right time.
• You maintain and coordinate a list of known issues together with relevant stakeholders in programs, projects, and line operations.
• You ensure that information about release content is passed on to those responsible for communication towards stores and other affected parts of the business.

• You have documented experience in project management.
• You have documented experience leading support in larger programs.
• You have experience collaborating with external suppliers in implementation projects.
• You have the ability to lead technically complex activities with many dependencies.
• You have experience with retail IT systems and store environments.
• You have previously worked in transformation programs or large rollout projects.
• You have a strong business and customer-oriented mindset and are accustomed to handling many stakeholders.
• You communicate very well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You thrive in close collaboration with others and gain energy from creating progress together with several different functions.
