At Zenvo Automotive, we are bringing our IT operations in-house and are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Lead to drive this transition and support the business moving forward. This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining operational responsibility with long-term development in a fast-paced and highly specialized environment.

About the Role

As IT Lead, you will be responsible for the company’s entire IT environment and act as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters across engineering, production, and administration.

This is a broad and independent role where you will combine operational support with long-term planning and development of the IT function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the transition from the current external IT provider to an in-house setup
• Maintaining and developing IT infrastructure, systems, and security
• Supporting colleagues across all departments with IT-related issues and requests
• Evaluating current systems and proposing improvements where relevant
• Managing vendors, licenses, and external support agreements
• Developing and maintaining IT policies and security standards
• Ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day IT operations across the business

Who You Are

You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy taking ownership and building structure while supporting users across different parts of the business.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Solid experience within IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support
• Experience working independently with broad IT responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical colleagues
• Experience managing external IT vendors and support providers
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• It is an advantage if you also have:
• Experience transitioning from outsourced IT operations to in-house environments
• Experience from manufacturing, automotive, or engineering companies
