Your role

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing IT delivery within one of our ERP areas. You work closely with colleagues, project managers, and other parts of Saab's operations. Your ability to build good relationships is key to success.

You will become part of a team working with the administration and development of IFS Cloud. The team handles business development, administration, and advanced problem-solving. We follow IFS cadence with updates in our installations and will actively work to bring new capabilities in the system to the business.

You contribute with structure and holistic thinking and enjoy creating order and security for others. We want you to have experience working with ERP systems in a leading role, for example as a project manager or team leader. You have a solution-focused and collaborative approach to work.

You will become part of the ERP Applications section within Group IT, which belongs to the Business Applications department. The section consists of approximately 30 people who work with Saab's IFS solutions in various ways: application experts, developers, technicians, and architects.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan and follow up on deliveries within your area, and support the service owner in the budget process
• Ensure that operational activities take place according to agreements and needs
• Identify risks and areas for improvement
• Create and maintain good collaborations with colleagues, business areas, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate maintenance activities and report on quality, cost, and performance

Your profile

We are looking for you who have relevant education or work experience in technology, IT, or project management. You thrive in collaboration with others and have good communication skills - both in Swedish and English. You work in a structured manner and enjoy coordinating and creating context. For the position, you also need to have a B driving license.
