Assistive Devices is a business area (VO) within the Administration for Psychiatry, Habilitation, and Assistive Devices, responsible for all assistive device areas funded by Region Skåne. This includes devices for individuals with mobility, vision, hearing, communication, and cognitive impairments, medical treatment aids, orthopedic technical aids, and pharmaceutical-related products.
The Assistive Devices operations consist of two business areas: one focused on patient-facing work and another on orders and logistics. The Orders and Logistics area, responsible for order and material flow throughout the operations, comprises four units: Business Support, Customer Service, Assortment, and Logistics.
Business Support is responsible for cross-operational assistive device administration, such as invoice processing, procurement requisitions, and system administration, as well as major improvement projects and process development. The unit is also responsible for support, operations, and development within the assistive device management system. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a System Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring our registers are updated and accurate. You monitor contract start dates, update articles in the system, and ensure that information is current and correct. Furthermore, you create and maintain documentation for processes and routines, such as self-checks, and are responsible for assigning permissions according to established guidelines. The role also includes developing manuals and routines that facilitate the work for prescribers. You also provide administrative and technical support via phone and email, answering questions and resolving issues.
The position involves many contact points both within Assistive Devices and in other operations within Region Skåne, with particularly close collaboration with assortment and contract managers as well as operation specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS
The role involves many contact points, so it is important that you have a pleasant, pedagogical, and professional manner. For this position, it is important that you are meticulous and have a good eye for detail, while also having the ability to see the big picture and understand user needs. Furthermore, you are easy to collaborate with and build good relationships in new contexts. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and can plan and prioritize your work effectively. At the same time, you are flexible and adapt easily to changing situations, and you pick up new systems quickly.
Regarding formal requirements, we are looking for you who have a completed upper secondary education with full grades and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. To succeed in the role, you have worked for a few years in different IT environments with administrative work, preferably within register maintenance, support, or similar areas. You also have very good knowledge of Excel and can work structurally with lists, tables, and statistics. If you have further education in administration, it is an advantage. Experience with the operational system Sesam is a plus.
Interviews are planned to be held on June 30th, and knowledge tests in Excel may be relevant.

Assistive Devices is tasked with managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. The administration also includes vision, hearing, and deaf operations, as well as youth clinics in Skåne.
