About the job as a parking attendant

As a parking attendant at Parkando, you work in their garage facilities around Stockholm. You are responsible for ensuring that the parking operations run smoothly - both from a technical and operational perspective - while you meet customers and contribute to a positive experience in the facilities.

The work involves a combination of supervision, service, customer contact, and simpler technical tasks. You move between different facilities and work independently to solve problems and assist customers when needed.

Examples of tasks:

• Patrolling parking garages
• Checking parking spots (fee-based and rental spaces)
• Ensuring that technology and systems function correctly
• Simple troubleshooting and actions in garage facilities
• Greeting customers and providing service when questions or needs arise
• Reporting deviations and need for actions
• Contributing to order, safety, and well-being in the facilities

Requirements for the position

• Experience working as a parking attendant, caretaker, or similar role
• Technical interest and some experience with simple troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• A service-oriented attitude and comfort in customer contact

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience working in parking garages or property-related services
• Experience with technical systems related to parking or property
• Previous work in an independent role with own responsibility
• Access to a personal car
