As a Reception Guard at Addici, you play a vital role in creating a secure, professional, and welcoming environment for visitors, customers, and employees. You are often the first person to greet our visitors, making you a key representative for both Addici and our client.

About the role

The reception is the heart of the operation and a central part of the customer experience. As a Reception Guard, you are responsible for creating a sense of safety, providing professional service, and ensuring that the company's security routines are followed.

The role involves evening and weekend work and suits you if you thrive in an independent and responsible position where service and security go hand in hand. You work in an environment where you need to be able to prioritize, make thoughtful decisions, and remain calm even when the pace increases.

Examples of tasks

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Access control and visitor management
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Patrolling the building
• Contribute to ensuring security routines and instructions are followed
• Handle events and situations with professionalism and good judgment
• Report deviations

Who are you?

You are a person who combines a strong security mindset with a professional and service-oriented approach. You are good at building trust, enjoy meeting people, and feel comfortable taking responsibility in both everyday and unexpected situations.

To succeed in the role, you are self-assured, solution-oriented, and aware of your surroundings. You work in a structured manner, collaborate well with others, and have the ability to remain calm when the situation demands it.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Valid guard license (Väktarlegitimation)
• High school diploma
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to quickly learn new digital systems
• Good standing and responsibility – you have a clean financial record, are drug-free, and have no criminal record
