About the role

The reception is the heart of the operation and creates the first impression for our visitors. As a Reception Guard, you are the one who meets every visitor with security, service, and professionalism. You need to be able to prioritize, make well-founded decisions, and act with a security mindset in all situations.

The role involves night work and combines classic reception duties with security-related tasks. You work independently but are also an important part of the daily delivery and customer experience.

Examples of tasks

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Perform administrative tasks related to the reception
• Patrol the building
• Identify, handle, and report deviations according to current procedures

Who are you?

You are passionate about security and service and enjoy working both independently and with others. With a professional attitude, good judgment, and a high sense of responsibility, you create security in every encounter.

You are flexible, solution-oriented, and adapt easily to different situations. At the same time, you have the ability to remain calm, prioritize correctly, and make well-founded decisions when the situation requires it.

With your commitment, presence, and security mindset, you contribute every day to a safe and welcoming environment.

We are looking for:

• Valid guard training (väktarutbildning)
• High school diploma
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to quickly learn new digital systems
• Good order and responsibility – you have organized personal finances, are drug-free, and have no criminal record
