Maxi ICA Stormarknad Toftanäs is now looking for several driven and engaged Sales Managers for our store departments. For the right person, we offer an exciting opportunity to develop within leadership, sales, and store operations in a business where development is high on the agenda.

As a Sales Manager with us, you play a key role in daily operations and work closely with the Operations Manager and other Sales Managers to create a well-functioning, sales-driven, and inspiring store.

Depending on your experience and profile, you may work in areas such as fresh food, grocery, beverages, or frozen goods. Common to all roles is that you are responsible for the daily operations of your department while leading and coaching the team in their daily tasks.

For us, leadership means being present in the business, creating structure, and helping employees succeed. The role does not involve formal personnel responsibility, but you have an important function in leading, supporting, and developing the team.

We believe in internal development and offer all our Sales Managers a comprehensive leadership program focused on coaching, feedback, and personal development. For those who wish to grow within ICA, there are good opportunities to further develop into roles such as Operations Manager or other leadership positions.

• Responsible for daily operations within the department
• Lead and distribute daily work within the team
• Actively work with sales and customer experience
• Ensure order, structure, and well-stocked shelves
• Work with orders, product flow, and inventory management
• Monitor sales, shrinkage, and other key figures
• Work in AoB and other store systems
• Identify areas for improvement and drive development work
• Coach and support employees in daily work
• Contribute to positive collaboration between store departments

We are looking for someone with experience from the grocery retail industry who wants to develop within leadership and store operations.

You are a person who takes responsibility, enjoys creating structure, and is motivated by achieving results together with others. At the same time, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

We believe you have strong drive, an interest in sales, and a desire to constantly develop both yourself and the business around you.

• At least 2–3 years of experience from the grocery retail industry
• Experience taking responsibility for the daily operations of a department or work area
• Experience leading, distributing, or coordinating work in a team
• Good understanding of sales, product flow, and store economics
• Good computer skills

Meritorious is experience from ICA, knowledge of AoB and other ICA systems, as well as previous experience as a Sales Manager or Department Manager.

• Scope: Part-time, approx. 35 hours per week
• Working hours: Varying schedule with mainly daytime hours
• Evening work approx. one evening every other week
• Work every other weekend
• Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period
• Start: Immediately or as agreed
