We are now looking for an engaged and driven Project Supplier Quality Manager who wants to take a key role in ensuring high product quality among our client's suppliers. Here you will have the opportunity to work in technically advanced projects with great variety, where no two days are alike.

In this role, you will be a vital link between suppliers, the project organization, and customers. You will have broad responsibility for coordinating quality activities, managing risks, and contributing to ensuring that products and deliveries meet high demands and expectations.

As a Project Supplier Quality Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating quality work related to suppliers within ongoing projects. You work closely with the project organization and contribute to ensuring that suppliers' products and processes meet both customer requirements and applicable standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Being the primary contact between suppliers and the project team regarding quality-related issues.
• Building and developing long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establishing and implementing monitoring and control plans to reduce project risks.
• Evaluating suppliers' ability to meet project-specific requirements and quality standards.
• Planning and coordinating inspections together with suppliers, customers, and the project organization.
• Reviewing, verifying, and following up on quality documentation such as certificates, declarations, inspection, and test plans.
• Contributing to the development of quality plans together with the project's quality responsible.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Experience from purchasing quality, product quality, manufacturing, or operations within areas such as process industry, welding, rotating machinery, or similar technical fields.
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes and preferably experience in project operations.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret and apply standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
