The Arlöv Health Centre is located in lush surroundings between Lund and Malmö, with easy parking and good bus and train connections. We have approximately 8,000 registered patients who represent a cross-section of modern Swedish society.

Our staff consists of doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. The Child Health Centre (CHC) is part of the Family Centre Samovaren, which collaborates closely with preschools and other specialists in child development and health. In addition to the CHC, the centre also offers open preschool, social counseling, and maternal health care. We are committed to the development of primary care in the municipality and hold medical responsibility for approximately 150 care beds in special housing, distributed across three facilities.

Through continuous development and improvement work, there are opportunities to be involved and drive the operations forward. We work from a team perspective with a clear focus on accessibility, quality, and development, ensuring our patients receive good accessibility with high medical safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming an engaged specialist doctor who wants to work with us at the Arlöv Health Centre!

As a specialist doctor, you are offered a varied and developmental role. You will work with common tasks such as scheduled and emergency doctor visits, serve as a consultant doctor for nurses, supervise students, and participate in rounds for assessment and triage. Here, you can influence the work regarding the healthcare system of the future, together with your colleagues. We have a "question doctor" every day, and once a week we hold interdisciplinary rounds.

At the Arlöv Health Centre, we focus on the patient's needs. We also value our employees' personal development and provide internal career paths. We have begun working more team-based around our patients, a process that is important both for us as employees and for our patients.

The workplace is located in Burlöv.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare. You also have specialist competence in general practice. For the position, Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required. Work experience from primary care and/or the Child Health Centre is meritorious.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you always keep the patient's needs in focus. As a person, you are solution-focused and have a good ability to make independent decisions. You have a flexible working style while being responsible and secure in your professional practice. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and, together with your colleagues, contribute to our good working climate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
