Capio Ortho Center Skåne is a modern specialist clinic within orthopedics, focusing on high quality, patient-centered care, and professional conduct. We provide planned and acute orthopedic care, primarily for the knee, hip, shoulder, and back. In the role of a nurse, you are responsible for the care of our inpatients. You actively work towards a safe, secure, and high-quality care environment and lead the nursing work. You are involved in the planning and implementation of individually tailored care, medication management, as well as the assessment and handling of acute situations. The role offers a high degree of independence while always having a colleague to collaborate with.

• Responsible for and performing care interventions and nursing on the ward

• Medication management, pain assessment, and postoperative follow-up

• Observe and assess patients' health status and initiate and carry out relevant measures

• In close collaboration with your colleague, you are responsible for providing safe and secure care – in an environment where independence, judgment, and good teamwork are crucial

• Competent documentation and reporting according to current routines

• Licensed nurse, preferably with experience from orthopedic care or similar operations

• Flexible, responsible, and engaged with the patient's best interest in focus

• Good communicative skills in Swedish, both in speech and writing

The position is rotational, and you work 26.25 hours/week (66%). You work every Monday night into Tuesday and work on a rolling schedule (day and evening) on Wednesday and Thursday.
