Health Centre Gullviksborg is located in an urban area south of Malmö, with good bus connections and close to both the outer and inner ring roads for those who drive. The health centre currently has approximately 7,300 registered patients, and our Child Health Centre (BVC) has approximately 750 registered children. BVC Gullviksborg is part of the Family Centre Nydala, strategically located at Nydalatorget. We work closely with the Family House's other operations: the open preschool, the midwife clinic, and social counseling. In this dynamic and multicultural part of Malmö, the Family House is a key player in the daily lives of families with children.

As a family centre, we target parents and children through health-promoting and preventive work. The work is based on the needs of the child's family and the entire family's life situation, to contribute to good health for both children and parents. Currently, three nurses work at the BVC, and the work with us is both varied and independent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to welcome a pediatric nurse or a district nurse to our team at BVC Gullviksborg!

We perform examinations of children's health and development up to school entry. We conduct home visits and offer advice and support regarding breastfeeding, development, and health. At our wonderful Family Centre, we work in a team together with employees from the open preschool, midwife clinic, and social services. We maintain close contact and collaborate with other specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have further education as a district nurse or a pediatric nurse. Proficiency in Swedish at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have experience in similar operations and previous experience with the medical record system PMO.
