At the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinic, we receive patients for diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation. Here, there is a day surgery unit, access to the operating department, and inpatient beds for children and adults. Within the unit, there is also an audiology clinic as well as a sleep and CPAP clinic. We also have a well-functioning exchange program with Skåne University Hospital for doctors completing their specialist training.

Job Description

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our dedicated team and contribute with your experience, knowledge, and commitment. You will work with common tasks for a doctor at an ENT clinic, as well as surgical activities in both inpatient care and day surgery. Currently, we are five specialist doctors, including one sinus surgeon. If you have any clinical or surgical expertise within ENT, there are good conditions to continue developing this with us.

You work Monday to Friday, and no regular on-call duty outside office hours occurs. However, the position includes standby duty A (evening/night) as needed for your own newly operated patients.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are engaged, attentive, and confident in your professional role. We place great emphasis on collaboration and communication skills, as well as the desire to drive operations forward in a positive spirit. In addition, you have a good ability to work independently and provide a good reception to our patients. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Regarding formal competence, you are a licensed physician with permission to work within Swedish healthcare, and additionally have specialist competence in ear, nose, and throat. Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required.
