Klara Team offers nursing patrols responsible for on-call duties during day, evening, and night shifts at nursing homes.

About the job:

You work independently and are responsible for urgent and planned interventions in a reasonably sized area at nursing homes. You also provide advice and support by phone to the staff at the facilities.

We have different types of work shifts, so there is something for everyone! Night shifts, evening shifts, and daytime weekend shifts.

As a nurse working with us, you need a few years of experience as a nurse. If you have further education, it is a plus, but not a requirement! You should be comfortable working in different systems, as we use various medical record systems.

You make your assessments via phone and home visits when needed. You get access to a company car during your work shifts, as well as a computer and phone.

As a person, you are empathetic and have the ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles with a positive outlook. You work with the patient in focus, and therefore, attention to detail and good treatment are second nature to you. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You are good at working in a structured way by triaging and prioritizing. You live in proximity to Helsingborg/Ängelholm.

A B-driver's license is a requirement.
