Klara Team offers nursing patrols responsible for on-call duties during day, evening, and night shifts at nursing homes and home care services.

About the role:

You work independently and are responsible for urgent and planned interventions in a manageable area covering nursing homes and home care. You also provide advice and support via phone to care staff. Klara Team is available during on-call hours – evenings, nights, weekends, daytime, and public holidays. For this position, only night shifts are available.

As a nurse working with us, you need a few years of experience as a nurse. Further education is a plus, but not a requirement! You must be comfortable working with different systems, as we use various electronic health record systems as well as Mina Planer, NPÖ, and Pascal.

What we offer:

We offer you an exciting and developmental role where you have the opportunity to plan your shift schedules independently. When work permits, you have the option to base your work from home. You make assessments via phone and home visits when necessary. You are provided with a company car during your shifts, as well as a work laptop and work phone.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are empathetic and have the ability to see opportunities rather than obstacles with a positive outlook. You work with the patient in focus, so attention to detail and good interpersonal skills are second nature to you. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You are skilled at working in a structured manner by triaging and prioritizing. We want you to have good experience working night shifts. You live around Lund and Malmö.

A valid B-class driver’s license is required.

Location: Lund/Malmö

Position: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Working hours: Active night shifts with an employment level of 88%.
