Götetorp School is a goal-oriented school where students and teachers shape the future together. For the autumn term 2026, we have approximately 350 students distributed across 14 classes. The operations take place in new, purpose-built indoor and outdoor environments with good working conditions. Job Description

As a teacher with us, you work in a teaching team for grades 4-6. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and assessment based on regulatory documents and the school's commitments. Evaluating your work, actively working to create an accessible learning environment to meet students' needs, finding strategies to reach every student, and strengthening them in both knowledge development and personal development are important parts of your mission. You participate in the evaluation and development of the school's operations based on knowledge, science, and current research.

You will be part of a teaching team where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution- and result-oriented approach with the students' needs at the center. Together, we work to support each other and infect each other with a positive attitude towards our mission. You collaborate with colleagues, parents, the student health team, and school leadership.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a primary school teacher with the qualifications to teach in grades 4-6 in the subjects of mathematics, natural sciences, technology, Swedish, and English, and have experience in conducting teaching.

We assume that you stand firmly in the school's value base and can translate the curriculum into high-quality operations. You should be a clear and positive leader in the student group with the ability to create a good and accessible teaching environment. You work for inclusive solutions with the goal that students are involved in their learning.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and your work should be permeated by curiosity, warmth, and conscious choices. We want you to describe your abilities in meeting the student, in leadership, and in collaboration with others in your application and during a possible interview. From experience, we know that the ability to analyze and reflect on one's own efforts and the content of the operations is of great importance for quality. Therefore, it is important that you can reflect on the content of the operations and your implementation. We assume that you have good cooperation skills, willingness, and ability to participate in the school's systematic quality work.

A certificate of good conduct according to the Education Act will be required upon offer of employment. Appointment is subject to necessary decisions being made and that the position does not need to be taken in the municipality's restructuring work.
