We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications in German and/or English.

The position can be up to 100% if you teach both subjects, otherwise it is part-time.

There may also be an opportunity to combine this with teaching other subjects, such as Natural Science subjects like physics, biology, chemistry, or technology.

The duties include teaching at the lower secondary school level (grades 7-9) and serving as a class mentor together with 1-2 colleagues.

You will be part of a work team together with other teachers.

About Estetiska Skolan

Estetiska Skolan recently celebrated its 20th anniversary! We are an independent school run by a non-profit association. We have both a lower secondary school and a upper secondary school with a total of approximately 200 students. The student is at the center of everything we do.

We are members of the National Association of Non-Profit Schools, a union of schools that share one important thing: we are not profit-driven. Instead, we believe that education should be driven by the joy of seeing people develop. At our school, the funding that follows a student (school grant) goes entirely towards improving the school and teaching. Therefore, our school is run by a non-profit association.

We have been located centrally in Arvika since 2004.

At our lower secondary school, we have profiles in music, visual arts, dance, theater, and sports.
