WORKPLACE: HAGFORS SCHOOL AREA

The Hagfors school area encompasses a wide range of activities: preschool, preschool class, after-school care, comprehensive school, adapted comprehensive school, upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, municipal adult education, special education for adults, youth club, school and public library, as well as a culture school. We also have a special responsibility for culture in Hagfors Municipality. The position in question is located at Älvstranden Educational Centre, grades 4–6.

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4–6, with a focus on Mathematics, Natural Sciences (NO), and Technology. You will be part of a work team where you, together with other teachers, will teach in your respective subject areas and share responsibility for three classes in the same grade.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you enjoy working with students and that you function well in a team environment. You communicate easily and have a strong interest in meeting people with different backgrounds and prerequisites. You have a good ability to build relationships with staff, children, students, and colleagues. As a person, you are characterized by a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach to work.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

According to the Swedish School Act (2010:800), a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register is required to work in preschool activities, schools, or child care. The application form is available on the Swedish Police Authority's website.
