What you will do in the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

  • Handle qualified inbound calls for commercial business development of customers acquired/profiled online
  • Perform outbound calls to customers to develop and create new business (in addition to callback and support cases)
  • Log all customer contacts in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback on sales activities
  • Identify the right contacts at customer organizations
  • Follow up, manage, and report on ongoing activities in the sales pipeline

Your qualifications

This role is for you if you:

  • Have fluent or bilingual Swedish and advanced English
  • Have at least one year of sales experience
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written), including phone and presentation skills
  • Work with a goal-oriented mindset and can prioritize effectively
  • Have good problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making
  • Can take initiative and work independently towards goals

  • Full-time (39 hours/week), permanent employment
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00
  • Salary: 20,876 EUR gross/year + up to 5,000 EUR bonus + private health insurance
