At WeDigital, we build AI-driven products that solve real business problems. TalentCore is our recruitment platform designed to help companies hire smarter by automatically assessing and ranking candidates based on actual role matching.
We are now expanding and looking for driven B2B sales representatives to take TalentCore to the next level.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Consulting contract / Commission-based
Start Date: As agreed
About the Role
As a B2B sales representative for TalentCore, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contract. You will:
- Reach out to relevant decision-makers
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations of TalentCore
- Communicate the value of automated recruitment and data-driven hiring
- Manage leads and drive deals to closure
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as needed
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales
- Is self-motivated and thrives working independently
- Can understand and explain a technical product in a simple and convincing way
- Is results-oriented and motivated by closing deals
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
Compensation
The role is 100% commission-based with a generous payout per closed deal.
