You are good with people, engaged, and spread positive energy to ensure your sales team always thrives and feels good. You are a natural leader with strong initiative and organizational skills. You are responsible, independent, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Manager, you work with concert sales in the Skellefteå area and surrounding regions, such as Umeå and Luleå. We are currently looking for someone for Ronny & Ragge in Luleå, based out of Skellefteå.

Your main task is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team to ensure they perform at their best during events. You prepare sales materials, manage restocking of goods and cash registers, and handle post-event closure and cleanup. During the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event environments and see great value in taking on significant responsibility for staff and sales early on. Cash handling experience, leadership experience, and/or experience in sales, sports, and teamwork are meritorious but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the opportunity to choose how much and when you want to work. This is perfect for you if you are, for example, a university student or have another part-time job.
