You are good with people, engaged, and spread positive energy to ensure your sales team always thrives and feels good. You are a natural leader with strong initiative and organizational skills. You are responsible, independent, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Manager, you work on concert sales in the Skellefteå area and surrounding regions, such as Umeå and Luleå. We are currently looking for someone for Ronny & Ragge.

Your main responsibility is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team to ensure they perform at their best during the event. You prepare sales materials, manage inventory replenishment and cash registers, and handle post-event breakdown and cleanup. During the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event environments and value the opportunity to take on significant responsibility for staff and sales early on. Cash register experience, leadership experience, and/or experience in sales, sports, and teamwork are advantageous but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the opportunity to choose how much and when you want to work. Perfect for you who, for example, study at university or have another part-time job.
