Our respected Fresh Food Manager is retiring soon, and we are now looking for you to take over an important role in our store!

As Fresh Food Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the store always offers a fresh, current, and inspiring range within our fresh food departments. You are responsible for purchasing meat & deli, cheese, and fish, while ensuring that the departments maintain high quality and adhere to current hygiene routines.

You work actively with orders, stock management, date controls, display, and product placement to create an inspiring customer experience. The role also involves supporting, coaching, and motivating colleagues in the department and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Has experience with fresh food and groceries, as well as a genuine interest in food

• Is responsible, structured, and has an eye for detail

• Is passionate about service and wants to give customers that little extra

• Thrives in a team environment and values good collaboration

• Has good physical fitness as heavy lifting is involved

• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene

• Experience with ICA systems, such as AoB, Min Butik, and Egenkontrollprogram

• A secure workplace with a strong sense of community

• Opportunities to develop and influence the daily operations of the store

• Introduction and support from experienced colleagues

• Permanent employment for 32 hours per week

• 6-month probation period

• Start date by agreement
