About the Role
As a Business Travel Consultant, you work closely with corporate customers and help them with everything from booking and administration to advice on smart and efficient travel arrangements.
One day you help a customer quickly rebook a trip after changed circumstances. The next day you work with more complex travel arrangements where service, structure, and problem-solving are crucial.
You will work with, among other things:
- Booking of flights, hotels, trains, and rental cars
- Rebookings and changed travel conditions
- Customer dialogue and advisory services
- Administration and follow-up
- Working in several booking and business systems in parallel
The role involves many contact points and suits you who like to collaborate, communicate, and build trust in dialogue with both customers and colleagues.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, booking, or other service-intensive operations
- Good habit of customer contact and administration
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Good English in speech and writing
- Good system familiarity and ability to work in several systems in parallel
- Ability to work structured at a high pace with several parallel cases simultaneously
Merits
- Experience from the business travel industry or business travel
- Experience with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
- Experience with graphical environment Amadeus, Linkon, or similar booking systems
- Experience with corporate customers and working based on travel policies
- Experience with hybrid or remote work in team environments
