We are now looking for a Bid Manager who wants to take a key role in our sales team and join a growth journey in a successful organization with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. What you will contribute

As a Bid Manager at twoday Ciceron, you have the main responsibility for our bidding processes. Together with our product owners, sales managers, and other talented employees, you work both strategically and operationally to develop bids to win public tenders. In your role, you drive the bidding process, from monitoring new tenders to contract signing.

You also contribute to developing our existing business through upselling on current contracts and work closely with our marketing department to create campaigns and visibility for our products.

You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a genuine interest in business. Furthermore, you are analytical, yet meticulous and structured. Naturally, you are a team player who builds good relationships both internally and externally.

Your experience

The most important requirement for this job is that you have a few years of experience working within the framework of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU) and bidding processes at a level that makes you independent and proactive.

We are looking for you who are driven by creating growth, can organize your work efficiently, and enjoy handling multiple projects in parallel.

Most likely, you have worked with tenders within a procuring authority or as a supplier.

Skills we believe are required to succeed in the role:

• You can overview and summarize large amounts of information.

• You can draw your own conclusions and contribute to work with analyses and strategies.

• You work in a structured manner and have an eye for both the big picture and details.

• You are good at setting requirements in your role as a Bid Manager.

You have a good feel for language and can formulate persuasive and professional texts in Swedish.
