We are currently looking for an engaged, relationship-building, and business-driven salesperson for Northern Sweden. In this role, you will hold a key position where you will both develop our sales and strengthen our distributor network in Sweden and Norway. About the role

As the Sales Representative for Northern Sweden, you are responsible for developing and driving the sales of Kellfri's product range towards distributors and service partners in Northern Sweden and Norway.

You will take over an established and well-functioning distributor network, with a focus on developing existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating long-term growth.

The role is operational, business-driven, and varied. You work actively through personal customer visits, phone, email, trade fairs, and events to achieve set goals and strengthen Kellfri's market position.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and follow-up
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with existing distributors and service partners
  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Conducting regular customer visits together with the Sales Manager
  • Training and supporting distributors within Kellfri's product range
  • Handling administration such as order registration, follow-up, complaints, and returns
  • Representing Kellfri at trade fairs, customer events, and other marketing activities

The position is based at Kellfri's office in Vännäsby and involves travel in Northern Sweden and Norway for approximately 1-2 weeks per month.

About you

You are a driven, structured, and relationship-building person with a strong business sense and a clear customer focus. You thrive in an independent role where you take significant responsibility, while also appreciating collaboration with colleagues to contribute to common goals. You are communicative, proactive, and have a natural ability to build trusting and long-term relationships.

We also believe you have a genuine interest in machinery, vehicles, technology, or agriculture. You do not need to know our entire product range from day one, but you have the willingness and curiosity to learn the products and conduct business-oriented and technical dialogues with our customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

Requirements:

  • Several years of documented sales experience
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Good ability to create and develop customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Merits:

  • Experience from machinery, vehicle, or technical sales
  • Post-secondary education in sales, technology, or economics
  • Technical competence or a strong technical interest
  • Experience from the agricultural industry
  • Norwegian language skills (spoken and written) (not a requirement)
