Do you want to help drive the future of transport solutions? Bussgods i Norr is now looking for an engaged and structured project manager who wants to contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative logistics flows.

About the role

As a project manager with us, you will play a central role in several development and innovation projects focused on future transport. You will work both operationally and strategically, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Participate in and lead several parallel projects within transport and logistics.
• Be responsible for specific work packages in larger projects, including planning and follow-up.
• Initiate and drive internal development initiatives.
• Compile and present reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle financial and time reporting related to projects and funders.
• Create presentations and materials for meetings, conferences, and lectures.
• Travel within Sweden and abroad is expected.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, solution-oriented, and used to working towards clear goals.
• A communicative team player who thrives in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Independent and proactive in project environments.
• Interested in sustainable transport and efficient logistics flows.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, preferably within transport, logistics, or business development.
• Strong administrative skills and experience with reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple assignments in parallel.
• Post-secondary education in logistics, transport, or similar is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Scope: Fixed-term full-time position, start date 2026-08-01, end date 2028-12-31 with possibility of extension.

Bussgods is a nationwide transport system that transports goods for both companies and private individuals. Most of this takes place in existing bus traffic with buses running on schedule.
