About the role

As Store Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's daily operations and act as a key person between customers, the sales organization, purchasing, and other internal functions. The role is both operational and coordinating, meaning you work close to the business while leading and developing working methods, processes, and team performance. You are responsible for ensuring a high level of service, efficient workflows, and that customer expectations are exceeded every day.

Your responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the daily operations in the store
• Be responsible for customer service and sales via phone, email, and over the counter
• Handle customer orders, quotations, and registration in the business system
• Ensure delivery follow-up and inform customers of any deviations
• Purchase customer-specific products and handle items outside the regular assortment
• Provide technical advice and product support
• Handle returns, claims, and customer cases
• Maintain customer registers, price lists, and discount structures in the system
• Generate sales and customer statistics
• Monitor the store's key performance indicators (KPIs), internal audits, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, product managers, and other internal functions
• Inform responsible salespeople about major deals and customer opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvements of the business

We are looking for you who

• Have a high school education, preferably within administration, economics, or similar
• Have a few years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or similar operations
• Have experience leading, coordinating, or taking greater responsibility in a business
• Have good technical understanding, preferably within hydraulics, industry, or technical products
• Are service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working close to customers and building long-term relationships
• Are communicative and have a good ability to build trust
• Have good IT skills and experience with business systems, preferably SAP
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
