Are you passionate about sales, structure, and customer service? Do you have experience in B2B within the automotive and/or spare parts industry? Then this job is for you! We are now looking for you who want to work as a sales representative for our B2B division, Motonet PRO, in Umeå!
What are we looking for in you?
Experience in corporate sales.
Experience with or an interest in selling spare parts, technical products, or similar.
You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and have a good understanding of English in speech and writing.
You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
As a person, you have a commercial and results-oriented mindset.
You are skilled in communication, self-motivated, structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
The role of Corporate Sales Representative
Motonet PRO is an important growth project for us, with the goal of being a modern and customer-oriented partner for business customers. Motonet PRO delivers holistic solutions to business customers within auto workshops, vehicle trade, construction, renovation, property maintenance, plumbing, electrical engineering, agriculture, and forestry.
In the role of sales representative for Motonet PRO, you will be responsible for:
Customer service and sales work across multiple channels.
Handling customers from the office as well as prospecting for new customers.
Contact with existing and new customers.
Entering orders into the system.
Opening and administering corporate accounts and customer networks.
Monitoring and coordinating incoming and outgoing orders.
Administering orders and working short- and long-term to improve results.
