We are now looking for a Sales Manager who has excellent interpersonal skills, is engaged, and spreads positive energy to ensure your sales team always thrives and feels good. You are a natural leader with strong initiative and organizational skills. You are responsible, self-reliant, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Manager, you will work on sales for large concerts in the Skellefteå area and surrounding regions, such as Umeå and Luleå.

Your primary responsibility is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team to perform at their best during events. You will prepare sales materials, manage stock replenishment and cash registers, as well as wrap up and clean up after events. During the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event environments and see great value in taking on significant responsibility for staff and sales early on. Experience with cash handling, leadership, and/or experience in sales, sports, and teamwork is advantageous, but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the opportunity to choose how much and when you want to work. This is perfect for you if you are, for example, studying at a university or have another part-time job.
