We are looking for someone who is confident in customer interactions, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong ability to structure and administer their work. Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with us, you will become a key person in contact with our customers. Your main tasks include:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Providing advice on products and orders.
• Handling returns, complaints, and warranty cases.
• Administering orders and customer cases in our system.
• Receiving customers who visit our warehouse store.
• Collaborating with the warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Working hours on weekdays, daytime.
• Temporary position starting immediately until the end of August.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in customer service or administration.
• Are a problem solver with a strong service mindset.
• Enjoy a role where you communicate with many different people.
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and preferably also in English.
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working at a fast pace.
• Are flexible, as we are a small company and need someone who can jump in wherever needed.
