The most important task for you as a Sales Advisor is to find the perfect solution for your specific customer by actively listening, answering questions, and guiding the customer to the best purchase. You are driven to achieve your goals; you are not satisfied with just meeting them but constantly strive to exceed yourself and achieve even higher results. Development, training, and keeping your technical skills up to date are natural parts of your work.
As a salesperson at Elgiganten, your personal qualities and motivation are the most important things. You love meeting customers and achieving your goals, and of course, you have fun while doing it!
