About the positions

We are now looking for new, dedicated staff for our picking teams and cash desks, as well as staff for our catering service. In both roles, you will work together with a great team and be involved in the daily operations of these departments.

Cash Desk and Picking Team

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and friendly — provides fast, personal, and professional customer service at the cash desk.
• Accurate and responsible — handles payments correctly and follows routines for opening/closing the cash desk.
• Efficient and stress-resistant — works quickly during queues and maintains quality in a high-paced environment.
• Physically enduring and careful with restocking — capable of lifting, stacking, and rotating goods to ensure proper shelf life.
• Structured and organized — ensures shelves are tidy, correctly priced, and that campaign displays are followed.
• Good communication skills in Swedish — interacts with customers and collaborates clearly with colleagues.

Catering

We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious — ensures correct recipe adherence, portioning, and presentation during production and packing.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety — follows current food safety routines and handles allergen labeling safely.
• Stable under pressure and high tempo — performs well in high-workload situations and when deliveries/times must be met.
• Organized and structured — works methodically, keeps work areas clean, and ensures goods are labeled and rotated correctly.
• Team player with clear communication — collaborates effectively with colleagues and suppliers for smooth deliveries.
• Flexible and problem-solving — adapts to changes in orders and tasks.
• Customer and service-focused — is attentive to customer requests and ensures orders meet expected quality and timing.
• Experience — has worked or previously worked with food production, cold cuts, or similar.

We are looking for you who:

• For Cash Desk and Picking Team: Preferably have experience working in a grocery store, or relevant education.
• For Catering: Have experience working with food/food production, preferably in a grocery store.
• Are 18 years of age (or turning 18 soon).
• Have a genuine interest in products.

Additional Information

Scope: Approx. 30–34 hours/week (78–89%) for the different positions, with the possibility of working extra shifts when vacancies arise.

Employment Type: All positions are permanent contracts with a 6-month probation period.

Working Hours: Varied, day/evening shifts. Catering works day shifts. All positions are part of a rotating schedule where you work every third weekend (fixed 3-week cycle).

Salary: According to the Handels collective agreement.

Start Date: End of August, beginning of September, or as agreed.
